Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

It’s 23:41, I’m awake and uncomfortable. I washed bed linen in Date Night and what a mistake. Needed to use the emergency inhaler, strip the bed and put it though a wash with vinegar. The scents are so strong you can taste them.

I ordered the samples a few weeks ago.. fell head over heels for Aurora! I just can’t stop smelling it on our clothes, I’ll catch a wiff and I’m in LOVE! I just recently placed an order for the 12 pack Aurora and a few different samples lol I might be a little obsessed. Sending love from the US!
Oh side note if you could make this in diffuser oil I’d buy that too!

I recently purchased the duvet day fabric purfume. I have been using this on our bedding every morning. I suffer from bad migraines and have had an attack, which took me to my bed. Now usually when I have an attack I struggle with smells (anyone who suffers with migraines will understand)..I can smell everything in my brain and they hurt…ALOT! Now this time when I got in bed all I could smell was duvet day spray and it completely settled my brain, it relaxed me enough to sleep. No pain when smelling which is so refreshing! I definitely recommend…and will be a must in my migraine tool kit 😊

Just had my first order delivered this week. Sadly one of the bottles lids wasn’t tightened properly I think and it leaked. Your products really are beautiful I’ve got my nightie on and it feels like I’m being wafted with gorgeous scent as I potter along lol. I agree about the baby talc smell in the room spray I’d love that and also a plug in room freshener would be a great addition. Overall I’m delighted to join you and use the products big. thank you.
