Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Tumble dryer sheets!!! The scents get lost when drying inside unfortunately- and in the uk outside drying isn’t always feasible !

It was mentioned previously but as far as I’m aware it’s not happened yet – I’d love for you to have a recycle system in place for the refill pouches, so we can send them back to you once we’ve got a certain number empty and ready to go! I hate throwing them away knowing that this something that could potentially be done!

First of all a thumbs up to the new lids, although mine leaked slightly around the rims and onto the packing box they are definitely better for pouring and I’m not missing trying to attempt to pull the ring out of the out style packaging. As a wish list, I find the scent is fine if you air dry but as soon as you need to tumble dry even if just for a short while to finish off the washing that’s been outside on the washing line, all the scent disappears, so you end up with washing that doesn’t smell freshly cleaned. I have even resorted to re washing some loads because of it. So I would love to have a tumble dryer sheet possibly re-usable or a scented oil that can be added to the wool tumble drier balls that I use just to re introduce the scent back into the washing. ( I have tried spraying the tumble dryer walls with the clothes refresher but that didn’t work as I had hoped) I also find that I end up with lots of spare conditioner as the shampoo runs out faster than the conditioner so maybe need to have two shampoos and one conditioner as a set. I do mix them with new shampoo bottles but then of course you end up with even more conditioner left over. Still hoping for the enigma fragrance to return as that was a favourite of mine.

I agree the perfume is not as strong as it’s advertised. The date night fabric spray I found overpowering for cushions. The coco butter sample I had was very thick and congealed which clogged my conditioner draw. Overhaul disappointed with the samples I received. Maybe just unlucky with the choices sent
