Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Single bottle ordering , an app would be very useful , anti bacterial product , lemon fragrance

Option to get value for money with the 12 bottle sets to allow mix and match. Agree scents don’t seem to last long once dry.
I’ve been told that it’s gym clothing safe for people who have asked since it doesn’t contain any silicon that affects the absorbability of the clothing.

I ordered when the website was advertising free summer samples. I checked with you over social media as the sample wasn’t added to cart and was told it would be included, not to worry, so ordered with that in mind.
The order came without the samples.
I updated you but was told I could get a free sample on my next order, but I’d have to pay postage again,
Bit misleading as the samples were a bit of an incentive to order and try. Not sure I would order again as any type of misleading marketing or sales puts me off, it makes me lose faith in the company.

Recycling of pouches – clear instructions non whether can be recycled or have to go to landfill
An option to buy two shampoo to one conditioner, my autodosing washing machine chews through detergent but less so conditioner
Pick and mix selection – choose a non matching shampoo and conditioner, controversial but cocoa kisses with say pistachio or the coconut one could be stunning
