Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I would personally love tavel size bottles or even better travel soap pods (no idea how this could be done in a sustainable manner but i would LOVE it). We travel a lot as a family and I just can’t bring myself to put T&A in to rubbish travel bottles.

I would love it if I could add any vouchers/coupons to my subscriptions. I had a free bottle of shampoo and conditioner but this could not be added to my upcoming subscription. This meant two delivery charges and two lots of carbon emissions which seems like a total waste of effort and so bad for the environment. Contacted customer services and told nothing they could do.

I would like summer fling in a cleansing perfume version.
App would be great.
Also,
for whomever said to redesigning the bottle, no need, when you get to the last drop simply remove the pouring lid and add a drop or two of water, gently shake and all is out.
The plastic pouch is available on the website for whoever asked.
For the tumble dryer use one spray of the cleansing perfume just before the end of the cycle and they will smell amazing
The sample pack is great for as a gift for family and friends, and there is also Tesco where people can smell some of the products stock dependent.
And correct me if I am wrong but I taught T+A is suitable for all kind of fabric: whites colour delicate sports wool? Am I wrong?

My recommendation would be car fresheners, wardrobe and drawer fresheners. So you get the Tallow and Ash scents all over the house and even in the car
