Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Samples of new products rather than having to commit to a full bottle. I love most of your range but there are a couple I really dislike- even a scratch & sniff card to give an idea of how the new product smells. Also an improved website- it seems to bounce all over the place, and it’s not easy to see when your subscription has been updated.

Your customer service response times – I sent an email almost 2 weeks ago and never got a reply! Postage costs – £4.99 for a subscription is what puts me off big time. The Shop portal is awful – my order was delayed by 5 days because it would not update my payment method despite how many times I tried. I tried reaching out to customer service and sadly never got a reply. I also queried how to recycle the refill pouches because it doesn’t state anywhere – never got a reply. Had loads of hiccups on your site when trying to purchase but for me it’s the £4.99 postage fee! And the turnaround time is far from the advertised 48 hours!
