What can we do more for you?
Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.

We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.

What could we do more?

It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.

Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I wish on the refer a friend reward you could get the room sprays. Also your website site is all over the place .washing smells nice when put on a short wash 40 degrees, on a 60 degrees for hour there was no smell .

As a subscriber I wish there was a a blank bottle we could write the fragrance on and just get refills each time. Must say I do love the bottles :)
Also a provision to order add ons to our subscription without paying extra postage, for example, I love my mystery bottles but also have to have Duvet day in all the time for bedding.

Despite numerous times contacting you about choice of delivery companies. Your response is you are organising for your customers to have a choice of delivery companies, but nothing changes and it’s been months…. you still keep using the appalling company Evri.
When are you about to use a more reliable company such as DPD or Royal Mail, it can’t be that difficult to sign up a contract with them??
I like your products I’ve tried, but I won’t and many like me will not be ordering regularly, unless you use either DPd or Royal Mail as an alternative delivery company

I love all your products we have shampoo conditioner and fabric spray as well…I would also like to see your innovation in ironing water which will add more life to our clothes…
