Hey guys it’s Ciara - I’m beginning to design new and amazing fragrances for 2025 and would love your feedback on the initial concept work! I’ve used the results from our last survey that over 4,000 people answered, so I hope you like the sound of these. And thank you if you took part!! We started this brand to bring something entirely new to the laundry industry, and I think these are pretty out there for laundry products. I’ve literally just finished making these concepts (22:30 right now). You know we love hearing what you think and getting your feedback before we develop them further. So if any of the concepts below are a huge no, or a huge yes, please comment on our blog or social post. Also, if theres anything that you think we absolutely NEED which we don’t have or that I didn’t pick up on in the Survey data, please let us know too. I love the sound of Spa Day, Soft Aura & Under the Stars. Coco Chanel Mademoiselle is my favourite perfume & Alien is my second favourite so to have my clothes smelling as good as that would be amazing. Have you thought about sending out samples that just allow us to smell each fragrance? This would be cost effective & we’d get to choose quicker. As well as having the samples but the website needs a serious update & communication to us loyal lot that something is being discontinued in good time so we get the chance to buy more & don’t have to email you to find out where it’s gone. I’d also love is you could bring out scented drawer liners or something to keep the scent going while clothes are in the drawers. As long as everything’s good enough for sensitive skin I’ll keep buying, my son & I both have skin conditions & I am so sick of using the same one that’s in the supermarket which has no smell at all! Loving your work 😊

Shame about Celestial, that’s my favourite along with Pistachio. Wasn’t told about either being discontinued. Shame on T&A not listening to its customers.

The only scent that lasted on my clothes was Celestial. It was gorgeous! I was so looking forward to the Celestial laundry spray coming out, only to be told it’s been discontinued! Very disappointed.
