Should we make these?

Should we make these?

Discovery Samples...but minis!! What do you think? 💜

Design and packaging are a big deal to us at T+A. Our Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner bottles weren't designed to look great, their rectangular shape means they fit neatly into cupboards and shelves without awkward gaps or wasted space. 🙏

But when we looked at our Discovery Samples, we realised something. Sachets just aren't giving the same clean, considered aesthetic. So we started exploring a new idea. Minis. 🥹

The idea is a beautiful Discovery Sample box with our bestselling scents, each one in a mini bottle instead of a sachet. These minis would hold three times the amount, giving you three washes instead of just one.

We've found that a single sachet doesn't always reflect how people actually do their laundry. Wash loads and machine sizes vary, and everyone has their own preference when it comes to how much detergent they use. 🤗 It's still early days, but before we go any further, we wanted to ask you first.

What do you think? 🥰

Love this idea!!

Big enough to decide if you like the smell, small enough to be able to take on holiday! Sometimes the sachets aren’t quite enough, or a bit too much if handwashing something.

My immediate reaction when I received the sample pack of sachets was “How am I going to ensure I don’t spill the remaining contents?”. But then we are given no information on how much to use. Nor are we told if it should go in the dispenser tray or a ball in the drum… So for those little bottles, it’s yet more plastic waste. The little bottles cannot be used for anything else. Are the sleeves going to be removable, so the bottle is clear recycled plastic and can be put back into recycling? That would reduce their cost. But really in 2026 we shouldn’t be using plastic at all. Isn’t it possible to use a Tetrapak container, foil lined but with an integral pouring spout?
