Our new best-smelling, but worst-selling!

I think I was put off by having candy in the name. To me, candy indicates a very sweet smell, sugary and a bit overwhelming which did put me off. I think renaming candy beach would be a good idea, something still along the lines of beaches, holidays, summer etc. Maybe something like island dreams, sunset dreams?

Is it really the name and bottle colour??? I bought it and loved but didn’t reorder in my recent order of six bottles (three scents) purely because I wanted to try other scents. I would absolutely buy it again, but am working my way through all of them first 🤣 I also think you did a big launch on it then – poof – nothing. I did not receive any other marketing on it by email. I am sure I purchase on scent profile – not colour and name. Although on reflection, I don’t like the colour of Date Night 🤪

Having recently just found your brand and having ordered the discovery sample pack, for me it would be because there is no sample of candy beach. I would not commit to buying a full size bottle when the reason I purchased the sample pack was to sample the fragrances before buying the bigger bottles.

I didn’t pick it in my sample pack due to the name. Candy makes me think of sweets – sickly sweet/bubblegum flavours. Also reading the ingredients – what does dragonfruit smell of? Nobody knows!
Rename and relaunch – also only really appeals to women due to colour so you lose 50% of the market straight away

Hi just wanted to say this is my favourite smell I baught the bulk packs of 12( I think )and just had a thought if everyone did what I did and stocked up on it because they liked it they might not need to buy it for a while just a thought, I also thought it was limited edition so I baught as much as I could get could be another reason
