Help us re-name this product!
In November we launched ‘Candy Beach’. It was meant to be our Flagship product. Our signature brand-coloured bottle and scent. But it quickly became our worst seller! 😂
The fragrance inside Candy Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and the bottle is arguably our most aesthetic. The fragrance is a unique blend of Vanilla, Dragonfruit and Musk… but the product just hasn’t caught on!
Do we need a new name? And does anyone have any good ideas? Or is there something else that’s holding back people trying the product? Let us know what you think before we go back to the beginning on this one!
Would love to hear from you 💜

The name is not appealing and the colour of the bottle looks similar to Aurora so maybe not ‘different’ enough.
A new name? Maybe also send a free sample to customers who have commented so they can try it? Not sure about the ‘vanilla’ notes for laundry myself but I’m sure you’ve blended the scents and feel this works!

It’s all in the name! The word candy makes me think of a sweet artificial smell, no basis for that as I hadn’t read the fragrance notes, it’s the only reason I haven’t ordered! As someone who makes wax melts I have the same issue, I think a name change would see this product fly! If it’s a sweetish smell maybe something like
Sweet Dreams, people will smell what you tell them the name is if you know what I mean maybe the beach part doesn’t quite fit with the candy side of the name…beach makes me think fresh, coastal type thoughts…more subtle.
These are just thought my thoughts but I love the phycology behind names and how people buy because of it. I’ve just ordered 6 bottles but may well try this one next time just to see. what the smell brings to my mind.
Hope this helps!

I wanted to buy it but it was only available as a new subscription. There were no samples or pouches. The name sounds sicklish too so change the name for sure!

Hi, definitely the name, it is what stopped me from buying it. Sounded too surgery, sorry just saying. Love all your products and gutted I didn’t invest when I should have. Keep up the good work. Jacky

This is the best fragrance as far as I am concerned would be so sad to see it go as it’s the one I use.
