Our new best-smelling, but worst-selling!

Our new best-smelling, but worst-selling!

Help us re-name this product!

In November we launched ‘Candy Beach’. It was meant to be our Flagship product. Our signature brand-coloured bottle and scent. But it quickly became our worst seller! 😂

The fragrance inside Candy Beach is absolutely gorgeous, and the bottle is arguably our most aesthetic. The fragrance is a unique blend of Vanilla, Dragonfruit and Musk… but the product just hasn’t caught on!

Do we need a new name? And does anyone have any good ideas? Or is there something else that’s holding back people trying the product? Let us know what you think before we go back to the beginning on this one!

Would love to hear from you 💜

The name makes it sound sickly and I want my laundry to smell fresh and clean.

What about ‘summer garden/ fresh’ would want to try it then over sticky sweets! 🍭

The word ‘candy’, summons up, in my mind, smells of sickly sweet, cheap and nasty products.
‘Beach’ is a good word, if the product takes you there. I’m not keen on vanilla fragrances, so wouldn’t have chosen it. But Dragonfruit reminds me of Australia, so how about ‘Bondi Beach’?

I think the bottle is nice, but perhaps too similar to Aurora?

So far I have only tried the sample pack and I don’t think it is included so I haven’t been able to try it. Maybe new customers like myself are selecting the full sizes from their favourite sample?

I think that the name, specifically the word candy, would put me off buying without trying. Candy suggests sticky and sickly not things you wanted associated with a clean wash.

I am now intrigued though and really want to try it!
