This can be anything from buying you lunch, to giving you your order on the house. The whole aim is to help make your day as happy as it can be.
The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

Scent for me is everything. I use perfume everyday even though I work from home-it gives me a lift and grounds me when I’m having a stressful day. Candles that fill the air with calming scents when I’m working and then something a bit more exotic for the evening. I’d love a candle to fill the room with an uplifting scent, one that takes me back to a beach in Thailand .. …heaven

I work for the ambulance service and sometimes when you get that rare little bit of time between patients, you can nip into the nearest sandwich shop and grab yourself a nice sandwich to enjoy before you’re called off to the next patient. But food in London can be very expensive sometimes so I’d love to just have a lovely sandwich from Leon (basically the only sandwich/coffee shop in London that does gluten-free sandwiches that I can easily get to on shift) and a nice coffee but it’s not always possible!

I’d simply love to receive my order. Yet again it’s taking longer than it should. Delayed on the Evri tracking site! Having it on subscription should mean I have it before running out each month but no. 🙁 Please change your courier. I’ve suggested this before as my order is always really late.
