The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

Ive had beyond exemplary customer service experience thus far with your care team. I ordered early July and Ive not had the chance to even try your products. I’ve missed out twice now on the birthday bundles the first was in my cart then sold out before i could buy, the second was because of a shipping fiasco and its not turned out to be lost. Ive now been waiting nearly a month for my products and hence the reason/hesitation for not buying the second birthday set. I needed to know a status on the shipping, it wasn’t moving at all. I live in the united states and I’ve been impatiently patiently waiting for my products. I’ll be hopping on my socials posting here in the states as a “self-imposed Ambassador” im a huge advocate for clean, plant based, lux, planet friendly, eco-conscious all the same boujee products. I hold some regard with a lot of people. I’ll be your best, most loyal customer and it’ll be auto-shipped every month and when a new launch come, so will that. thats how committed i am to this and I’ve not even received my products. I found y’all when you had investor slots open and i was going to do that so
If there is any room left to do so and buy into that, please let me know!! As far as making my day, opening a slot for investor, TRUE expedited shipping to United states, and when problems such as mine arises offer something for the inconvenience especially as a first time buyer, it sets a tone to want to come back and that leaves a lasting impression and is a sharable thing that like with me, i tell others what happens rather than some take and will taint a companies name. After all, the customer serive industry is hard, we do what we can to win where we can!

I would love to see you add a ‘pay it forward’ type scheme where the customers have the option to pay a discretionary amount, which then you can use to donate to food banks?
