The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

I am due my rainbow baby anytime in the next 20 days, I have been meaning to try your products for a while now only the best and toxin free for my new little family! Some laundry products from yourself for all the newborn washing I will be doing and something to help keep me cool in the 30 degree heat whilst i’m heavily heavily pregnant would be amazing!! 😍 A clothing voucher would be amazing – such as ASOS or PLT, and I could smell dreamy in the clothing by washing it in my new laundry samples!

Any surprise in the box would be fantastic but how about some cute laundry related gifts – those lovely glass jars, labels, cute pegs, storage baskets (or a voucher for them) to complete the laundry experience, OR how about a bottle of scent so we can small as great as our laundry after the T&A treatment 👏😘
