This can be anything from buying you lunch, to giving you your order on the house. The whole aim is to help make your day as happy as it can be.
The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

I just want the products I ordered on 28th April 😭 I ordered 3 items, one for me and one for each of my neighbours, and I know we had Easter Bank Holiday weekend after that, but I still haven’t received anything, not even a dispatch email, and I feel really bad as I haven’t been able to give my neighbours the things I’ve promised them! It’s not the best customer service to be honest.

This is amazing! It would make my day to see a charity donation such as a £50 food voucher for a team etc. I work in mental health, specifically crisis support meaning we work with people with suicidal thoughts and try to support them without the need for them to attend A&E where it could be 50+ hours before they’re seen. Your products are fantastic, looking forward to payday so I can treat myself to more!
