New Company Policy Alert!

Our customer service team will be given a daily budget to make your day awesome through random acts of kindness!

This can be anything from buying you lunch, to giving you your order on the house. The whole aim is to help make your day as happy as it can be.

The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.  

So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!

And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.

Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

1. Sustainable self care bundle.
2. an activity to do such as a puzzle or a mini cross stitch kit.
3. Sustainable swaps for general beauty items such as reusable makeup pads/bamboo toothbrushes/bamboo socks.
4. Gift card for a sustainable brand that isn’t a competitor of yours, such as Wild/Fussy deodorant discount?
5. Free UK day trip gift voucher to somewhere like a National Trust Site or adventurous activity!

Hi,I would love a bunch of flowers sent to my daughter as she has been my absolute rock while i have cared for my mum with Dementia for the last 7 years and kept me going with endless cup of tea and a shoulder to cry on when i needed it,and ive bought a sample pack which im gonna share with her also.xx

What a lovely idea. :) It would be great to be included on your sampler list for the new Elixir product, curious about after loving your Oud products my Mum introduced me to. Probably to encourage me to do the washing more. Which annoyingly is actually working!
