What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

This article is from 2023 and it doesn’t seem to be something you’re doing, nor can I get a refill of the fabric spray.
Sadly I will have to cancel my subscription and find an alternative.

I am new to you and have just used my first refills. Loving the product! I see a few years ago you were setting up a returns system for packaging. How do I go about returning my packaging, please. Many thanks, Kay.

I really love your products and have carried on using them as I expected the system to be in place to be able to return the pouches to you. It’s very disappointing that neither the bottles or the pouches as yet can be recycled. Lots of other companies manage to do it so it just feels it’s not a priority for you, unless you can reassure me otherwise.
I have so many pouches that I’ve saved hoping to return to you. I’m now wondering if I can carry on using the product or if I switch to one that can be recycled.

Please take returns of the pouches very soon. Bowyer use the same pouches on their goods, plus they accept returns of them!

The recycling initiative for pouches would be just about the best thing you could do.
