What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

Is there any update on a recycling scheme for pouches and or bottles? Would really love to do this.

Hello, I don’t use any other laundry product than Tallow and Ash, over the last year (bearing in mind, we are a house of 7) we have accumulated a lot of empty refill pouches, I know i cant pop them in tge recycling bin and I am still hoping a system will be set up like my coffee pods, I bag and post back. As much as rewards sounds good it is not a priority, I don’t want them to go into landfill. Thank you for your delicious scents, we all smell lovely.

Any update on recycling or reusing the pouches please? Like so many of your subscribers I LOVE your products but have a cupboard full of empty pouches!!!! Don’t want to go elsewhere but not happy that you are not being as environmentally friendly as some of the competition!!
