In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Possibly reduce the delivery charge due to now being in store at my local Tesco, as I can buy shampoo and the conditioner for £14 when you place an order price is £18. Tumble dryer sheets would be great.

So I’m on subscription and if I refer a friend and I get 50% off the two items I can’t get these delivered with my subscription has to be separate which is ridiculous when can all go on one delivery. I’ve found email reply’s are taking much longer now and getting worse. When I want to adjust my subscription I can’t add fabric spray I have to email for someone to add it for me I’m restricted with what I can add myself. Definitely need an app so can order from there would be much easier. New products such as scented candles and scented wax cubes for plug in wax melt burners so with both ideas have favourite scents around the house. One thing I think is prices are quite expensive which will immediately put people off especially once P&P is added. Anyway a few suggestions but keep up the good work absolutely love your products so glad we discovered them

1. Delivery – Evri are the worst. 90% of my orders will either get lost, delivered to the wrong place, get lost or get lost. There has to be another service you can use please!
2. Bottle tops – I know you’ve just changed them so you don’t need to pull the ring etc. but I’ve seen a bottle top on some supermarket brands where the internal cup you pour the liquid into sits INSIDE the main bottle so that when you screw or back on, any excess liquid will drip right back into the bottle and not around the whole lid as your current bottles do. Totally worth looking into. My latest delivery of Santal arrived with a leakage. I didn’t report it as it was minimal but the new bottle tops aren’t doing what they need to!
3. Mini car air fresheners: love using my fabric sprays in the car but the bottle is too big to stay in the car.
4. Fruity Futti – allow us to vote on which fruit scent we’d like to see next – strawberry, grape, watermelon, lime

You need some kind of scent booster. I love the fragrances but they just don’t hold. I could use more product but when it’s so expensive I just don’t want to!
