In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Hi. As a subscriber to the mystery box I would really love the option to add the fragrance spray along with the two bottles. I think it would be fantastic to receive a surprise fragrance which either matches or complements the laundry shampoo/conditioner.

I surround myself with the delights of Tallow and Ash fragrances in and around my home. What would be an absolute gem, for me personally, would be scented candles…… just imagine! Or a reed air freshener! What a treat that would be, especially with Christmas on the way!
The smellier the better 😉

. I agree with previous comments. I’d much prefer a refillable glass bottle than plastic please.
An app for ease of access would be great.
I also have the issue of fabric spray leaking onto my hands when I spray. Please could this be addressed.

Hi loving your products but an app would be great and easier to use when updating subscriptions and ordering. Also, I use a laundry anti bacterial cleanser in my wash as I have a lot of gym kits and scrubs to wash – something that would do that job but in your lovely scents would be amazing ! Many thanks x
