Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Love your products , so I invested x only issue I have is on frequent washer points . You can’t see what’s on offer until you’ve chosen to redeem points , so twice I’ve had to contact customer service to get points back ?I prefer to get refills . If fixed , products & refills are Great x

An App would be a great addition to your site. But my main point is that with the frequent buyer points we obtain, it would be much easier if there was an option at checkout to use them rather than having to click on them before choosing a product, i quite often intend to use them when i visit your website, however, by the time i get to checkout i have missed the option to use them and they dont get used as often as id like to. If we had the option at checkout by promotion codes or something similia feel more of us would use them.

Hi. As a subscriber to the mystery box I would really love the option to add the fragrance spray along with the two bottles. I think it would be fantastic to receive a surprise fragrance which either matches or complements the laundry shampoo/conditioner.

Hello my favourite fragrant beauties!!
I surround myself with the delights of Tallow and Ash fragrances in and around my home. What would be an absolute gem, for me personally, would be scented candles…… just imagine! Or a reed air freshener! What a treat that would be, especially with Christmas on the way!
The smellier the better 😉
