Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease bring back Celestial 🙏 I miss it so much. Used last of my stock a while back and took out something I hadn’t worn in ages and it still smelt of celestial – it’s just the best fragrance ever 🥹

An app would be good instead of looking for it all the time , and scent balls like you put in with your washing maybe as some of the smells smell amazing in the bottle but I can’t smell some of them of my clothes especially when they have been dried outside x

I’d love a fragrance oil that I can put in my dehumidifier, so that my home smells like the clothes too, especially pud, pistachio and summer fling
Along with a clear line in the bottle to see how much is left.

I would love a dashboard in my account where I can rate each fragrance and make a note of what I thought of it. For my own reference purposes, not as a public review.
You could have different aspects to rate, such as strength of smell, (as some of the fragrances smell amazing in the bottle but I can barely smell them on the clothes after washing, so i might want to get the spray in this, but not bother with the shampoo again, for example)
We (customers) then have a handy record for when the special editions come out so we can remember what we loved previously, and perhaps there could be incentives for filling it out or special offers on top rated
You (T&A) get a lot of data on what people really think, and how the items seem to perform in the wild

Larger bottles or a clear strip down the side so its easier to not run out.
