What can we do more for you?
Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰

Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.

We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.

What could we do more?

It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.

Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

😕it would be great to offer delivery all over Europe. There are only few countries, where you deliver products.

Hi, I’m a little unsure how to use the shampoo and conditioner samples. Some clearer instructions printed on the packaging, as a leaflet, in an email or in the email receipt, and included on the product page would be useful. Knowing what size laundry load the sachets can clean would be particularly handy. Thanks

Have you thought about doing laundry beads to go alongside your fantastic fragrances?

Is it me or the consistency of conditioner has been changed/ diluted? I tried the Sandal and Golden wood and it just feels like they are massively diluted. Also not sure if the new bottle caps do the job. Otherwise I will try again my favourite Oud, and hope nothing has changed

The shipping process takes forever. I’m not sure what all goes into shipping, but I ordered almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order. Also, dryer sheets would be nice. And the deals that are offered after purchasing don’t seem to work. I’ve had to contact customer service twice about this and wasn’t offered a solution until the second time.
