Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

More fruity scents and tumble dryer sheets please as I find tumble drying looses the scent from the laundry liquid and conditioner

I love Tallow and Ash and recommend your products to all my friends 💜 My most pressing thought is that the scent is barely noticeable once dry. I have experimented with different settings and drying methods but the results remain the same. Some other wishes:
• dryer sheets
• scent boosters
• refill pouch options for all products
• a bottle-returning scheme
• mini fabric sprays
• carpet shampoo/spray
• pet-safe bedding spray for pet beds
• washing powder
• 🤞🏻a quarterly release of one discontinued scent for those of us who like to collect the set- think millennial Pokémon in my case

Change your formula back!! I used T&A for years and loved it, but found that in the last few months I’m not getting oil like stains on so many of my clothes after using, despite doing no different! I always wash on a 30 degree wash, I always use 1 cap of each, I always use the stain reversing powder, and I never overload my machine! I’ve always done my washing the same way, but now get these horrible stains that are SO difficult to remove, I’ve even had to bin a few items as the stains just wouldn’t go!! It’s made me cancel my subscriptions and I won’t be purchasing again as cheaper store bought detergents don’t do this to my clothing! It’s really guttening as I love the smell of T&A and the way they make my clothes feel, I just can’t cope with the stains anymore!!!

Could there be an option not to have another spray nozzle when ordering the perfume bottles? I feel like it’s a waste when I already have one…if it was optional then you could decide if you needed a new one for a new scent or if you just needed a refill?

I know this will probably go against everything you stand for….but maybe a stronger detergent to work harder on stains without the stain remover powder? Just so people who do want the same smelling scent but with a stronger punch on stains would be great.
Also scent sachets to hang in your wardrobe to enhance the fragrance 👌🏼.
