Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Make a bottle that’s universal so I can just buy the refills and use that bottle instead of having to buy the matching scent bottlea

I agree with others about creating tumble dryer sheets however it would be better I think for the environment is to create and sell reusable dryer balls made of fabric and also sell scented oils suitable for laundry that we can drip on to the reusable fabric dryer balls and when the scent fades away we can add more drops. Then we can have a 2 in 1 tumble dryer sheet combined with a tumble dryer ball that’s good for the environment.

I love what you are doing but would love a couple of additional things.
1. A spray and a gel for stains, I get makeup around my collar area on my clothes and the powder just isn’t strong enough for those stubborn stains, nor does it get my husbands sports socks staying white. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the Pink branded products on these stains and items (don’t even want to say the name 😂)
2. I would LOVE a full set of laundry products in the ‘Rain and Salted Moss’… that fragrance is heavenly!!!!! I’m obsessed with it!!
3. Otter have mentioned this but some of the fragrances aren’t as strong once washed and dried, that’s not true for all of them but some do need an extra boost.
4. Dryer sheets but if the fabric condition was strong would dryer sheets be needed
5. When are the scent boosters coming out, I’d like one to complement Duvet Day, a lavender boost one, as I do my bedding in Duvet Day and would love a boost for that.
6. A HUGE thank you for making laundry sexy… I absolutely love T+A and can’t wait to see all the new and exciting things to come now and in the future 💜

Glad you have sorted the top out. I had to use a spoon handle to jemmy it open. Scent lovely and do agree that a tumble dryer friendly version would be great. I tend to use mine only when hanging out on the line.
