Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I find that I tend to have more conditioner left at the end as I always add an extra capful or two of the shampoo so that the fragrance is stronger when the clothes are dry (my conditioner compartment only takes so much) – so it would be nice to be able to buy ONE refill of shampoo on its own.
I also bought refills of the Christmas conditioner scent which I pair up with icing on the cake, so it would be handy if I could order the one refill which can be used to pair up with my surplus conditioners. – if it’s more economic for you to sell them as a set of two shampoos, it would be good to be able to choose two different fragrances rather than just the one, that way if I have different conditioners left, I could order a shampoo of each 💜

Would love ironing water to match the fabric spay, might be a challenge 😆
How about a storage tin for the stain remover – gotten my boxes wet once or twice and ruins the experience. Could also look at refill options rather than boxes each time.
Away from laundry but hand soaps or kitchen cleaning product would be amazing.

It would be nice to be able to stack discount codes. I have the investor code which I am unable to use if another discount code comes out so it kinda makes the investor code irrelevant sometimes if that makes sense.
Also a Halloween scent please im praying last years Halloween scent comes back
