In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I bought the Oud conditioner on the basis that it smelt glorious in the container and had very high expectations. However I was disappointed be the lack of fragrance- even a double and triple dose didn’t have the desired impact. The smell did not even linger for a few hours. For the price and packaging it does not warrant the premium. I would say in favour that it does feel softer on clothes and irons a lot better. Unless it was half the price I would not purchase again I am afraid.

New customer. Miss clicked and missed out on an offer to try new products. Immediately messaged your company to be told I could be given a discount code for my next purchase as the order was sent. Not what I wanted – I would have paid delivery costs of that was the issue.

Ok so I don’t think you neccasarily need to re model the lids, you could make the scoop handle longer with a lip on the end and it can be used to take off the lids… easypeasy even for arthritic hands.
I think free postage for a certain level of spend. Most certainly for top subscription customers.
Why can’t we get the sprays on our subscriptions or use our earned points to purchase it? There may well be a good reason but , I find it frustrating as I want the spray to match every bottle I buy. I also think we should be able to get the sprays and choose the colour hard ware…( just like Hermes bags) I like gold/ bronze hardware in my home and like the spray bottles to match.
Lastly I’d love custom scents , where we can mix and match fragrances for ourselves.. I used to be a purest, meaning I liked the shampoo ,condition and spray all matching.. but recently iv been loving mixing , pistachio in wash and cocoa spray in my tumble drier.. ( yes I use my sprays for tumbling )
I’d also love an ironing water and pomaders for the wardrobe !

Could we get a 2L bottle/refil size? Specifically shampoo so that I can top up my soaps & wash the dog with it.

I think anyone who has bought regularly should have free postage for their third order onwards. I agree with other comments that the fragrance is not strong enough on some of the washing shampoo and conditioner. It isn’t always practical to dry clothing without using a tumble dryer as you suggest for keeping the fragrance from disappearing. Ever thought about ironing water with a fragrance range? Even wondering how possible it might be to branch out into reed diffusers or drawer sachets…?
