Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I’d love it if the scents of the laundry shampoos and conditioners were a bit stronger. I can barely smell them on the clothes! Love all the bottles and the variety of scents!

I just love the products so much. So much so I want to buy some for Xmas gifts for family this year. Spread the love! So what about gift cards and gift bags?
Also please do a Little Miracle and Golden Oud fabric spray. As well as refills in all fragrances.
Tumble Dryer Sheets would be fab as would antibacterial sprays for kitchen and bathroom in signature scent.

Hi Team, is there any future for a Summer Fling fabric spray? It’s such a gorgeous scent and I would so love to keep the summer smell alive in the coming darker season…

OMG! Just thought of an amazing idea so had to share about a new product. Love using your products on my pets bed and blankets and wondered if T&A could create a pet hair dissolver? 😃 I can only think of 1 brand that does this and can be really hard to get hold of. It would be a dream to have a pet hair dissolver that smells as amazing as your products without the harsh chemically smell 🫶🏻
