In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir fleißig an neuen Produkten wie Santal, Golden Oud und Little Miracle gearbeitet, den Deckel überarbeitet, um das Öffnen zu erleichtern, unsere Lieferzeiten verkürzt, mehr Kundendienstmitarbeiter eingestellt und unsere Abläufe optimiert – alles mit dem Ziel, Ihnen, den Nutzern unserer Produkte, den bestmöglichen Service und das beste Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

I use tumble dryer scent sheets but to use Aurora or Oud scented sheets in my dryer would be heaven 🥰

1, I’d really love you to make available scent boosters to use in my washer as it’s auto dose so I can’t really control how much softener I use to get a more concentrated scent.
2, Smaller refillable travel sizes of the fabric sprays, I work away a lot for work and always take one with me to spray the rooms carpets, chairs and bedding etc, 1 for hygiene and 2 to make it smell more like home,
3 I find the spray heads for the fabric sprays quite flimsy when using, they sometimes feel like they’re going to break, maybe offer a sturdy more expensive one to either buy separately and reuse on your replacement bottles (like a refill type thing) instead of the cheaper one that looks great with the metal collar but use lets it down,
4 I’d loose my mind if you turned the rain and moss into a laundry product, I love it but can only use it on soft furnishings that haven’t gone through the washer as I don’t fancy mixing scents,
5 make the refills the same fluid size as the bottles, they’re smaller and are a little deceiving, my auto dose takes a full bottle of each liquid however the refills don’t top it off,

I really would like to see a fine wash detergent for wool and silk. The problem with those I have they just smell horrible and my hand knitted sock have more of a wet dog scent. Nothing appealing really. I hope you will consider it.

Strengthen the shampoo scents. I don’t use conditioner on towels, bedding etc.. and without it the scent quickly dissipates. A bottled scent to dilute for ironing water pleeeeease. Little Miracle in a Laundry Spray. Please put in my vote for Golden Oud to stay, it’s gorgeous 😍
