Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

Would like to see an option for free sample with each order (scent of buyers choosing) if not free for additional few dollars

Hi,
I’d like to see a smaller trial size ‘set’ of several different fragrances say, four , that I can try as I don’t always want the same fragrance every wash. The full sizes are great but take a while to get through.
Also, how about sending out some new fragrance samples occasionally for your investors to try?
A nicely fragranced laundry disinfectant that you could add to underwear or a towel wash?
I’d also like to see a fresh linen kind of fragrance.
Keep up the good work guys, it’s why I invested!

I am planning on keeping all of my empty bottles, so I can then just buy refills in future. But some of my empty bottles have the old style lids, and I don’t want to have to repurchase a set of bottles just to get the new lids. So I think it would be great if there was an option to buy/request to be sent some new lids to put in the older bottles!

Hi. Love your products. Normal detergent makes me irritated whereas tallow and ash doesn’t and it also smells amazing. Been ordering for the past year.
-However today I received a delivery with the new caps and it had leaked. The old caps were hard to open but these ones need something to secure it. Maybe a peel off foil or seal.
-Also I couldn’t see bahama vibes on the website. I loved that one. Would love it if it came back.
-Also I noticed the rewards section doesn’t have the choices of rewards anymore. I like the old rewards better where you could choose smaller items if u had less points.

Firstly thank you for the opportunity to be able to share our opinions with you it’s not a common practice for brands to do, so it’s a big win and one of many reasons to keep coming back. ☺️
A longer lasting scent, some travel sizes the samples are good but can burst when travelling, some drops or something that you can add to the iron and tumble dryer to enhance scent and soften the water, maybe a way you could do a mix and match choose yourself bundle including the sprays? free shipping after maybe £30 because there is no option for free standard shipping you have to get express every time and it takes longer than 48 hours sometimes, so a cheaper shipping option would also be nice especially if you’re buying only one item, lastly something should be done about points and stacking especially if you’ve saved them up to then have to make individual purchases and payments for shipping with every individual order isn’t great 😊 👍🏽
