Wir arbeiten im Hintergrund mit Hochdruck daran, aber wir würden uns sehr über Ihre Meinung und Ihre Vorschläge freuen.
Was könnten wir noch tun?
Es könnte sich um einen neuen Duft handeln, den wir noch nicht haben, eine App, die die Verwaltung von Abonnements vereinfacht, um Optimierungen an bestehenden Produkten oder um jede andere Möglichkeit, wie wir unseren Kundenservice, unsere Website, unsere Richtlinien oder unsere Verpackung verbessern können – um Ihr T+A-Erlebnis einfacher, angenehmer oder besonderer zu gestalten.
Jede Idee, ob groß oder klein, hilft uns, T+A im Zuge unseres Wachstums weiterzuentwickeln. Zahlreiche Ihrer bisherigen Vorschläge haben bereits zu sichtbaren und spürbaren Veränderungen geführt, und wir möchten gemeinsam weiterhin eine großartige Marke aufbauen!

In addition to an earlier comment, how about half price and free shipping for investors/Owners Club and perhaps a freebie on our birthdays? Skincare brands and others do that.
As an investor, I do feel we could get to feel a little more special with in advanc free trial samples of up and coming fragrances even if only for our opinion on a possible new product?
An ironing water to would be great to buy please!

Love this!!! Your products are fabulous but can you create a product that completely deodorises sweaty work out clothes/trainers? If you could create a sports based fragrance spray with an active deodoriser that completely neutralises the smell Also maybe some more fragrances such as Lavendar, Iris, Woodsage & Seasalt etc and maybe a gentle lemon fragrance (think lemon drizzle/vanilla combo) xxx

How about refills for the fabric sprays, less plastic going in the recycling.

Drawers Scenters would be lovely, keep our socks etc…smelling like they were just washed.

Hi, I really love your brand idea and everything about it ❤️, fragrances, elegant, posh looking packaging , colours 😁.
Recently I was opening new bottles and I splash some straight into my eye and i held my breath and I was waiting for this burning sensation in my eye and nothing!!! I was shockingly 😮 impressed , no pain! I rushed to tell my partner what happened and I said : I told you there is no chemicals 😁.
So I’m glad you changed how the bottles be open thank you.
I’m still new to it , ordered for the first time laundry perfume and one was not sealed properly little bit leaked and also if the sprays bottles could be improved , every time I spray it’s leaking, also if could spray with mist effect instead of wet splash.
The last one if I may, I love fressia flower smell. Thank you 🙏
