I’m looking forward to using this scent as I’ve not smelt it but the ingredient combination makes me imagine the most soothing smell. I think you should just change the name because it really doesn’t do the scent justice ,it makes it sound sticky and sickly instead of elegant and soothing .

Expand the sizing! One time use samples aren’t worth the shipping/tariff fees and aren’t available for new products but a 6-10 use trial especially of new scents in the refill packaging would be awesome. Mini fabric sprays please!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t think the issue is your marketing or the products, both are great. You have the biggest range of scents for laundry detergent and you regularly develop and launch new scents. Personally, there is only so much washing I can do and I want to try all of your new scents, meaning, I rarely restock the core/original range even though I love all of those scents. I think you should decide on your core range, create 2 or 3 new scents per year then offer all the other scents on a limited production run every year which allows everyone the opportunity to stock up on their favourites once per year whilst leaving room to try the new scents without overwhelming the average buyer. Maybe you could also offer the ability for customers with an account to flag their favourites one or two scents per account so they get advanced warning of the limited run times or alternatively, provide a pre-order function which would limit costly production and low sales, as the limited run starts when pre-order hits the required number. Absolutely love your products btw, I almost need a room to house all the bottles and back-ups!
