I nominate my wonderful bestie Emily, she is a wonderful mommy to her little one and she is simply the best person. She literally has kept me afloat this year in more ways that she knows, shes everything you could wish for a bestie. Shes patient and kind, above most always there. Thank you Emily for being there for me this year. 🫶

I would like to nominate my lovely Daughter. I’ve been so ill with my breathing, resulting in 4 hospital admissions, and suffered with lipodermatosiscleosis for the last 9 months ( painful leg condition) . All this time, she has done just about everything & anything she could for me , while running her own house, working etc. I did buy her a bundle of laundry shampoo & laundry conditioner, which she absolutely loved. I had ordered some for me too. ( I just can’t resist ordering for her when I get myself something, I did exactly the same on ordering a starter pack of honey ) 🤭 But she’s totally worth it .

I’d like to nominate my daughter, Sophie. As a single mum, she works full time and looks after her gorgeous son ,who has SEN. Every Christmas, both of them, go to chance changing lives in crewe, and drop of food, clothes and necessary items for less fortunate people . It makes your heart melt how they care for others.

I would treat my mum. She’s almost 87 and a full time carer to my dad, as well as a regular baby sitter to my sister’s 6 kids. Yet she still finds time for herself to meet up with her “Old Pals” group once a week. So a wee help with her laundry would just make her day. And she doesn’t know this yet, but she’ll find one of your new stain remover pens in her stocking on Christmas morning 💖

I’d like this for my sister Cara. She works really hard and is currently really suffering with menopause and low thyroid function. At night she hardly sleeps as her skin feels as though she’s got thousands of insects crawling over her. The itching drives her insane. On average she’s sleeping three to four hours a night, but she still gets up every day to go to work. The doctor just keeps telling her to leave it for a while longer to see if she improves. She’s a true trooper, is always smiling, never complains and will do anything for anyone. I think if she had T&A it would be kinder on her skin and the amazing scent on her bed linen might help her relax a little more.

I’d love to gift my beautiful daughter with your incredible products.This is her 1st year on her own, she finished her 1st semester with straight A’s in Biology at The University of South Carolina. This is a HIUGE accomplishment as she has struggles with a lifelong auto immune condition, which at times can cause her to be hospitalized or home bound for weeks at a time. We have had to watch what she eats, make sure she’s taking her vitamins, use ALL chemical free products ( dishwasher, laundry, body soaps etc… ) getting enough sleep and staying in a “germ free “ environment as much as we can. She’s truly a miracle and she’s an extraordinary young woman who takes each day as it comes and despite all the challenges, manages to stay positive and loving.

Having used T & A and having the opportunity to know how beautiful the scents and the cleaning power is, I’d love to recommend my beautiful friend who picks me up when I’m down and has stood by my families side since losing our Son aged 19 years. She was strong despite dealing with her grief when our family to set up a charity that we started she volunteered whilst working 3 jobs whenever she could. The charity has now saved thousands of lives and also supported others who have been bereaved. Shes still volunteering She’s a kind wonderful caring friend not just to me but to others that are blessed to have her in their lives. She’s always there to help if she can, not just me for lots of people.

My little sister as a family we’ve had a difficult year we are not alone many others will have lost love ones but this would mean a lot to us all. My sister Sarah has been a rock and is now my Dads full time caregiver he has dialysis 3 times a
Week and it will be six months at Christmas since we lost our mum who was our mrs hintch and she would have loved your products. But unexpectedly she left us so we didn’t have the chance. But with your product launch it seems like she’s giving a helping hand she always knew how to get anything out of any item of clothing and rescued many of our favourite clothes over our teenage years and even in our 30,s and 40,s. And since that phone call in June that changed everything for our small family Sarah has been there every step of the way. I know we are not alone and my heart goes out to everyone who’s lost either a parent or someone who meant the world to you. I’m nominating my boss Laura, we work in a parcel depot scanning & sorting all your parcels including Tallow + Ash! Which is challenging all year round but this “Peak”as we call it has pushed us all to the limit but Laura especially she comes in most mornings at 4am before everyone else & is the last to leave and then has over 100 parcels of her own to deliver each day and that doesn’t even touch the stresses she goes through everyday, Laura hasn’t had a day off since June & even then she was working remotely! I’d love to treat my husband Saif because he has taken my Tallow + Ash obsession to a level I never could have predicted. This man now behaves like he is the head judge on some elite laundry competition. He picks up a towel, squints at it like he is analysing artwork, then takes a deep breath and says things like “I’m getting hints of bergamot and maybe a little citrus lift.” Meanwhile this is the same man who once used body spray as air freshener because he “couldn’t find the Febreze.”

He steals my bottles like he is running an underground laundry operation. He doesn’t measure anything. He just pours until his ancestors tell him to stop. He will use half a tub in one go, walk away proudly, and then act absolutely heartbroken when I point out that we’ve run out again. He gives me the same shocked expression every time as if the bottles evaporate on their own.

And the timing of your new stain pen is honestly a blessing because Saif needs it more than any human I have ever met. He misses his mouth every time he eats. I don’t understand how it’s possible. Food doesn’t even need to be messy but somehow it still ends up on his clothes. Tea splashes. Sauce droplets. Mysterious spots he cannot explain. If the stain pen works on whatever chaos he produces daily then you deserve an award.

If he wins at least he will finally have his own stash and maybe my bottles will stop disappearing like they’re being smuggled out of the house. Hi there. I would love to treat my mum, who’s fighting terminal pancreatic cancer almost for 2 years now. Beating all the odds. Her live is now bound to the house and long chemo hours in hospital, suffering so much pain. I would love to treat my mum. It has been just over a year since her cancer diagnosis and she really struggled with typical off the shelf harsh chemical laundry smells. While recovering at home from her chemo and radiotherapy she found that she really liked the Duvet Days, Golden Oud and Summer Fling smells as those reminded her of good healthy holiday times with her loved ones.

I would send this to my mother in law. She helps us out with the kids everyday while we work and has washed and dried all our dirty laundry while we were on holiday so I didnt have to come back to it all this week. I appreciate her more than words can say. 😘

With my 4th complaint for issues with goods (it’s actually the 5th but I could not be bothered to complain 3 times in a row for broken clothes perfume that leaked everywhere) here’s the reply you sent me.

Really? You think my order is not here and I havd not searched after spending hundreds of pounds with you??? You are going to escalate with Evri rather than sending the goods I paid for and then fixing your internal issues? Why should I be penalised for issues in your supply chain?

Please, get better! Your products are amazing. Your marketing great. Your customer service prompt but lacking. Your delivery TERRIBLE.

Could you please check the photo proof of delivery to see if the parcel may have been placed somewhere out of sight or hidden? Sometimes couriers leave items in areas that aren’t immediately obvious.

If you still can’t locate it, please let us know right away and we’ll escalate this with Evri for an investigation and arrange the next steps for you as quickly as possible.
