We’ve just added the functionality to our subscription system that means we’ll be able to offer more rewards for loyal subscribers!
You already get 15% off when you subscribe to your favourite laundry bottles or refills! But now we’ll be able to add things like free samples, limited edition accessories, and store credits for each month you subscribe. The longer you subscribe, the more rewards you’ll get!
When we started the brand, the idea of subscribing to your laundry products so that it was one less thing to think about, made so much sense. But every month, 50% of our orders come from customers who are returning to buy their laundry products and only half of those are subscribers!
So we want to make our subscription offer better for you. We’ve come up with some new reward ideas.

I would like to subscribe but why do you not offer free postage and packaging like other companies? Also your refills should be cheaper, there is not an option just to buy refills at reduced prices. If you are trying to be sustainable then refills should be cheaper and better able purchase on their own. I have purchased the bottles, so I don’t require any more bottles just the refills. If P&P was free for subscribers then of course you would have more subscribers as customers would feel they were being rewarded. Other companies offer free P&P for subscribing!

Your blog re rewards stated they would start after 3rd subscription, this was in Dec – I’m on my 4th or 5th and no sign, just wondering if they are going to start…thanks x
