The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

My treat would be not see see candy beach scent go… it is lush and out of the 5 scents I have currently have… Duvet Day, Date Night, Aurora, Spooky Szn,Celestial (that are all extremely gorgeous in their own right) certainly don’t beat the sweet delicious heavenly scent of Candy Beach…I now limit the time I use my candy beach and only wash my clothes in it lol… 😂 Tallow and As scents are epic thank you for making doing the laundry an exciting time as opposed to being a dull chore… now I find myself looking for things to wash when all the laundry is done xxx

I have put in my first order and can’t wait to start using your products. I care for my husband who is severely disabled with MS and also my dad who lives with us as he has dementia and Parkinson’s. A lovely treat for me would be a coffee treat to keep me going xx
