What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!

I have been wondering if the pouches are recyclable so this scheme is excellent. When will it be up and running?

Is this system any closer to coming to fruition? I didn’t realise that the pouches couldn’t be recycled when I set up my subscription, but prefer not to get recyclable bottles every time.

This is such a great idea 💡, are you any further forward with this yet as I’m keeping the pouches so I can send them back to you, I also keep my bottles which I have got doubles of just in case I can return them also.

As with other comments, I am waiting to hear you have got this system up and running. I have another subscription for other cleaning products and they have the system in place and it works really well. Rather than get a free product in return, they supply the return boxes so it doesn’t cost anything to send the empty pouches back. I’m hoping this is a priority for you – we all need to do everything we can to reduce waste. Thank you or the lovely product in the meantime.
