I also have just finished my celestial laundry shampoo and am very disappointed I can no longer purchase it was an amazing perfume. Not sure that I will therefore purchase from the company again.
Please bring back Celestial rebranded and reformulated. Maybe a bit more subtle. It is a strong fragrance similar to Givinchy Amarige and Zoflora Midnight Blooms. I read below that some customers are annoyed because you sent them Candy Beach. It’s a totally different fragrance to Celestial. I quite liked Candy Beach and also Bahama Vibes. 💜🩷🩵
I ordered 10 sets of celestial, and it has been 22 days, and no refund.
Your sight still shows it for sale, and I purchased again, only to receive candy beach that I didn’t order.
AI emails, and no help with service, you just move on, and that is not ok.
If my items ever get here, then I will return them, nobody wants to spend this much money on an item that you choose.
I love Celestial and can’t see why it didn’t sell well. I love the scent and the purple coloured bottle. I can’t see why the name would put people off. Perhaps because it was perfume-based, maybe people thought they wouldn’t like it?? Personally I prefer the perfume-based scents to the fruity ones. Please bring it back anyway you can

I ordered 4 lots of Celestial and your system allowed me to do so, the order arrived today and it was all Candy which I didn’t order.
I have spent most if the afternoon between work calls trying to sort this in between work calls.
I don’t have a printer and cannot print a return label.

Even though I’m relatively new to Tallow and Ash I really love the sound of this fragrance. So much so that I would purchase it without a sample first. I’m very intrigued x Please could you bring this fragrance back x
I mean – call it something else and change the color – Northern Lights, make it teal. If it’s the color and name that is stopping people from buying it, that just seems so stupid. When this was ‘resurrected’ it was the only one to sell out. My subscription for this scent was replaced with the Aurora – and that is so sweet smelling, it’s sickening. I don’t know how people can prefer that to this really lovely scent. I have had a regular subscription for this scent since the company first began in 2023. Having to switch it up now is so disappointing. Hope there will be a way to bring this back in a new form.

In terms of rebrand – why don’t you call it day of the dead, use a purple sugar skull? It could be the resurrected one?

Agree with the other comments. Whenever a new fragrance comes out, everyone rushes to try it. Only then do customers return to their favourites. Give it time, it’s clearly a lot of people’s favourite.
This has always been my favourite scent! Delighted I managed to get two sets of refill pouches, but woukd love to be able to but it every month.
💜So pleased to buy two sets of refills- great idea for DotD and great packaging design. I’d kept my original celestial bottles just in case! I think the fact celestial sold out over the other two, says it all about which to maybe bring back- maybe a repeat ‘Easter reincarnation’ 😉 💜

Celestial is my one of my favourites. Period. Along side Odyssey and Oud, it was always on rotation. It’s smells elegant, sophisticated and complex.
I think I’ve had all the T&A scents (except Self Love. Missed that one). As some others have pointed out, maybe this one just got lost in all the new releases (on that note, please make Country Club permanent. TY).
If you want Celestial to sell, keep the colour. You just need to rename to ‘Purple Rain’. That will get everyone’s attention and it will fly off the shelves 💜☔️💜
Let’s start a Facebook petition page to bring back celestial! There’s never been a scent close to how amazing it is in the laundry world. Yes, the other ranges are nice… but so far from trying around 15 scents, this one lasts the longest and smells the best in my opinion. Sooooo devestated it’s gone again… 💀
Im not sure the colour or name suits the fragrance.
Neroli and jasmine are both white floral and quite fresh clean smells. I would buy if re introduced perhaps with a cream packaging and floral name like petals.

I think, if I remember correctly, you likened Celestial to the perfume Alien by Mugler and I personally don’t like that perfume so I was put off ordering it. When I told other people about it, they too had hesitations because of the perfume relation. But when I ordered the discovery sample, it was my favourite scent! I was gutted when you discontinued it. I think the perfume seems to be somewhat divisive. Perhaps changing up the name/colour and maybe leaving the perfume comparison.

I feel it might not have sold as well as others because so many new scents were coming out and being hyped so it might have just fallen off the radar. I think like others have said I just missed this one when I ordered for the first time, but it was actually this fragrance that drew me to Tallow and Ash. I feel like the brand was so new that Celestial really was like a limited run and was gone very quickly that maybe some people hadn’t experienced enough of what you do so great to try something different.

I cannot believe I missed out AGAIN on a restock of Celestial! I’ve just sat down to look at my phone after looking after my mum who’s just gotten out of hospital after 53 days in there, and seen it’s back, gone to buy it and 😭😭😭 sold out again! I don’t know why it didn’t sell well, it was definitely my favourite at the time when I tested the sample range. I was very disappointed when it was discontinued but my new favourites are summer fling and oud.
Celestial is definitely my favourite, the scent clings to the laundry like nothing else. Maybe if it can’t make a permanent comeback we could do preorders – there’s definitely enough of us to make that happen on an annual basis 💜💜💜

I personally love the purple bottle and think as this was your first scent, it should remain as your signature one, so maybe change bottle to the lighter “Tallow and Ash” purple?

I feel like it was a strong seller earlier on no and then it declined… I could have sworn it was up there but you know better than me. I personally think it was a combo of name and colour (although my fave colour) also the link to Therri Mugler Alien, personally I actually don’t like that perfume but Celestial remains my favourite even though I have tried every scent you’ve ever done.
I think a rebrand of look and name may do the trick… PLEASE consider it as although I’ve stocked up now realistically it won’t last forever… And nothing has ever come close to it.

I can’t believe this was such a bad seller! It’s the first one I ever bought and I knew I never wanted to use anything else again as soon as I smelled it. The purple bottle! The fragrance! The name nicely nudging the perfume inspiration! chef’s kiss. Then it was immediately discontinued before I finished my first bottle! I can’t go back to that life!! Nothing compares!!!
Maybe it wasn’t marketed as well as the others? I got a pack of samples with my first order and celestial wasn’t in the mix. Maybe because of the discontinuing plan?

Definitely the name Celestial was the problem for me. Hard to remember, hard to spell and not a pretty name. The colour is gorgeous although a different shade of purple would be better perhaps. The scent is one of my faves.

This scent is my forever favorite- even based off the perfume I wore on my wedding day! I hate that it was discontinued right as T+A resumed shipping to the United States. Will definitely need to stock up.
It took me forever to try different scents because I hate opening a new one before finishing the old ones. I’ve gone through at least ten now, and Celestial is still my favourite.

I love celestial, it is one of the reasons I subscribed in the first place. I tried all the samples and this was by far my favourite. I don’t know why it was the worst selling scent, it is a personal choice I suppose but was it a poor selling scent or just less than the others? I loved everything about it. Wish you would bring it back permanently.
Maybe the name? This is the fragrance that got me to try Tallow and Ash in the first place and when I found out that it wasn’t available I tried others in the line. None others made me go ooh and ahh as much. When you released Celestial once before I bought some again.. im still sniffing the bottle Lol. Please bring it back for good. I believe the answer maybe to do with customers trying all scents first then making their minds up. So if you bought celestial and self love first which would take a couple of months to finish but then customers try all the other scents. This could be a year before you buy celestial again. So really it’s not the worst selling it’s customers trying all the others. This is very logical.
