Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I’d like samples of all of the fragrances please – duvet day, icing on the cske, odyssey were not available when I ordered a sample pack.

I would love a pure floral scent – rose, jasmine sambac or frangipani flower.
Some kind of moth repellent wardrobe scent sheets would be good.
Re customer service – had a bottle with the new cap leak all over the box, instead of just replacing I got an email asking for a photo and me to estimate how much was missing! Photo fine but seriously?!!

I just wish the smell lasted longer- once it’s been line dried it barely smells anytime. I love premium products but I don’t want to buy extra scent drops for a nice smell, this should just be included as part of the product. I rave about your products to people but it’s hard when the smell goes so quickly. Small bottles of fabric spray which I’m glad is on your list, as well as spray coming out in a mist. I’d love some kind of diffuser oil with the smells as well so our home could smell like our fresh laundry. Also scented hanging discs to put in wardrobes and drawers.

Is there a possibility that you could make a general cleaning fluid? Purdy and Figg do one. It is good initially good but the fragrance does not last. Or reed diffuser?? I am loving the laundry products👏👏.

Bring back Enigma. Rain and salted Moss shampoo. Santal in permanent range. Odessy formula changed from my very first sample, is weaker. Let us pick and mix samples from entire range inc new ones. Create 3 wash samples for new releases. Thanks for this brand!
