Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Hi, so I know Ive already emailed you guys before and returned Aurora line twice, but I am customer since your first release of aurora line, literally the very first launch ive ordered aurora line and it was so floral with hint of musk – almost like chanel mademoissele and I thought Im settled for life with it, BUT when i have reordered the smell maybe after 6 months (yes i was washing only special occasion clothes, this scent was very special to me) it completely changed into more old lady smell with strong oud with almost none of resembling the smell you launched in the beginning or floral notes. Nobody explained to me what happened after ive returned bottles after bottles. The difference between oud line and aurora is literally maybe one note of rose, where before it was so so fresh with slight musk and lasted so long on clothes! So my suggestion is to bring back old aurora smell, whoever knows how aurora used to smell in first bottles will know what im talking about.

I only do laundry once a month, so having to buy two bottles of laundry shampoo was a pain, plus they’re quite big considering I have to lug it all to the launderette. I don’t use fabric conditioner so both ways of buying the shampoo was excessive for me. Being able to buy single bottles would be less cost effective for most but not for all.

My suggestion would be to bring back some of the older fragrances like Bahama Vibes and Celestial and grow the range rather than swapping things in and out.
