Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

With the ever increasing popularity for fabulous scents for laundry you have that box well and truly licked, however whilst in the bottle the fragrance is devine, but once the wash is finished and dried, the fragrance diminishes. Stronger longer lasting fragrance would be great, maybe scent boosters that could enhance the aroma.

Point A) the postage charge on subscription package.
Point B) New product sachets in with your subscription. Makes the vote more reliable on NPD as we are just not voting on colour of the bottle.
Point C) Maybe a concentrate to mix with distilled water as an ironing water for steam irons.
Point D) customer service seems to have declined somewhat from when I first bought my first bottles.
Point E) was very disappointed with the Christmas offerings this year. Please bring out some pouches of the Christmas scents (bottles are not necessary) the silly sachets are not enough for Christmas smells

The fabric condioner is very weak could do with a more concentrated product, my clothes weren’t soft although smelt great

I’ve been new this year but have collected many scents . I have a 14kg washer so use more I can’t wait for booster perfumes as love to do different ones each wash to test n smell them x
