Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

1. Bring back Bahamas vibe!
2. Have samples of everything so you can buy individually. I got the sample bundle but only liked two of them.
3. Have the sprays in all fragrances e.g. Summer Fling. Love it!

I think a solid soap pre stain remover like Vanish in the Elixir fragrances!
I would also love to see little mini hand shampoo (soap) and conditioner (moisturiser) bottles with pump dispenser for the kitchen and bathroom in all the fragrances 😁 – I know your thing is laundry, but this wouldn’t be such a big step away 💜

I would like more flexibility with my subscription. I only use the laundry liquid. So to be able to order two different fragrances of the laundry liquid as my 2 bottle subscription would be great! Then that would give me greater variety. Thank you!

Loving Santal – i hope there will be a fabric spray soon. I would also love a smaller fabric spray for car and travel. Is it possible to have sample packs that contain all the fragrances? I have not tried a lot of the originals as only the newer fragrances are included the sample packs. Thank you.
