Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

I am absolute addict of your products. But what would I love even more? 1. Free shipping for overs over let’s say £60?
2. Floor cleaner that I could use in my robotic mop (oh neutral) – I would love you for that. To bring your amazing fragrances to my whole house/floor would be amazing!

Hi,
Just discovered your brand and I’m absolutely loving it! 🥰 I’m in love with how my laundry smells and feels after washing with T+A! I wish all the smells would come in a tester, I’d love to try the 2 new ones but scared I won’t like it. I have just received the fabric spray in salted moss and don’t really like it but now I’ve got a full bottle to finish (that cost me £££). I don’t mind paying extra for a beautiful, eco-friendly product but it’s a lot if you discover you don’t like it 🥴🫣.

I have been having trouble with the point you get . Can’t put code on I have 700 points and no product . I have messaged and no reply. I also think that a new fragrance like savage or man after shave smell would be nice
