Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Hi! I love your products & I’m not sure I could go back to other brands now.
Just a couple of thoughts:
- I started using your products because I wanted to support a “better” company, both for the environment & my body. I have, however, been starting to feel like T&A has become a bit fast-fashiony with all the new scents & discontinuing older, much loved scents. It makes me feel a bit uncomfortable.
- labelling the shampoo & conditioner a bit clearer so that I can easily identify which one is which would be great.
- I like the little freebies I sometimes get with my subscription, it’s a nice surprise & gives me the chance to try something I wouldn’t have otherwise tried.

All fragrances available as samples to purchase individually, try before you commit to bottles + great to be able to take your fragrance when travelling.

More rewards and bonuses for subscription members. Maybe I’ve missed something but I’m now a subscriber and other than receiving a small discount on the price, I haven’t yet received anything else. I was maybe expecting things like added tester samples of new fragrances, or a bonus extra item every now and then. Maybe I’ve just been unlucky? But it seems the only way I can sample new products is if I buy full bottles of new products… so more ‘little’ rewards for members would be appreciated .
