Hey guys, Ciara here! I’m one of the founders of T+A 🥰
Over the past few months, we’ve been busy bringing you new products like Santal, Golden Oud and Little Miracle, re-modelling the lid to make it easier for you to open, upgrading our shipping times, adding more customer service staff, and tightening up our operations, all for one goal: Being able to give you, the people who use our products, the best service and experience possible.
We are working our hardest behind the scenes, but we'd love your opinion, and an entry into the suggestions box.
What could we do more?
It could be a new fragrance we don't have, an app to make managing subscriptions easier, tweak to current products, or any other way we can improve like our customer service, website, policies, or packaging - to make your T+A experience easier, more enjoyable, or more special.
Every idea, big or small, helps us shape T+A as we grow. Absolutely loads of your past suggestions have already become changes you can see and feel, and we want to keep building an amazing brand together!

Why can you not use the sachets on wool and silk?
My jumpers appear ok? I saw the advise after the wash. Thank you.

Hi I have had a subscription with you and I have earned over 5000 reward points having now trying to redeem these points to now realise I have to order more of your products is this right I am a 77 year old pensioner surely this isn’t right x

I would love to see shampoo and conditioner in the salted moss scent. I love it. It would also be a big help to have sample sachets of all the new products so I could try before I buy. Now the kids have all flown the nest I don’t have nearly as much laundry as I used to. I cannot afford to buy every scent in a big bottle as it would take me the rest of my life to get through them all. I’m currently working my way through one fragrence which I don’t particularly like. Had I sampled it first then I would not have bought it. I know you have a satisfaction guarantee but I would not dream of returning something once I had opened it. Could a scratch and try the scent patch on the outside of the bottles work? Everyone has different tastes (or should I say scents)? I love what you are doing and wish you every success.
