I subscribe to the mystery box and some are lovely think and smell amazing, some have been watery and barely smell of anything. I’m sticking with it until I’ve tried them all, and I’d really love a strong woody oud scent in a black bottle! That would tick all the boxes boxes! 😁😁😁 my friends son made a comment about why does all laundry products make his clothes smell like a girl! 😂 so I introduced her to you oud one and you’ve made a little lad very happy! 😂 thank you x

I think you have lots of fragrance already… spend 2025 fine tuning the service and expanding on what you already have… like the elixirs? What happened with those? Tumble dryer sheets would be amazing in existing scents as well- like the eco egg or mielle. Ensuring you have samples for every scent… candy beach wasn’t in your sample set and was your worst performing scent that you had to discontinue… could this happen to all your new scents if there is no sample for them? It is really nice that you come out with limited editions- that keeps things fresh and exciting… please bring out enigma again- that was incredible

Can’t smell scent off laundry after drying. Disappointed

Hi, we love all the ones we have tried so far! I think for second half of 2025, thinking seasonally:autumnal fragrances. Something along the lines of home sweet home Yankee – cinnamon and warming rather than floral. Enigma is fab so some more masculine earthy scents would be good too. As for aquatic, something along the lines of cool waters – maybe seabreeze or ocean drive but scented like that sort of cool water fragrance. Keep going as we are very impressed so far. Some recycling options may also be good for the bottles and pouches once’s used. A returns service so you can reuse them even as mine still look spanking new when empty!
