This screams scarcity marketing, as does much of your PR honestly, and it’s one of the reasons I haven’t bought anything from you in months.
There is a trend of retiring a product “we only have 600 bottles left” then bringing it back as a “limited edition” restock. Then it’s back for good a few months later after you’ve had a surge of profit from people panic buying.
It’s tiring and an insult to the intelligence of your customers. It’s blatant from this comment section and that on the instagram post that this is a huge customer favourite.

We’ll see it back in November as it’s a “cosy winter scent”, I’d bet my house on it.

Cocoa butter kisses is one of my fave scents you’ve done. I loved the Golden Oud as well (as did my partner!) but that went as well 🙁.

I think you need to reconsider your marketing approach, as your products are mainly aimed at female clients, not males. Believe it or not, we do do laundry as well. Why not introduce more fragrances to appeal to us, men? Also, please make the scents stronger, as they diminish very quickly after I hang out my laundry; there’s no scent left anymore. And also as a blind customer I cannot distinguish what bittke is what what is the shampoo and which is the conditioner

Cocoa Butter Kisses is one of my favourites, I spray my clothes before I put them on and everyone is asking me what perfume I’m wearing, I will have to stock up.

I’m not on Instagram but personally I love Cocoa Butter Kisses. I think maybe people think it will smell like that aweful Cocoa Butter body moisturiser that’s been around for decades so maybe it was all down to the name choice?

Love the Oud suggestions/ maybe the coffee one is a risk, but I’ll give it a try. A Rose Oud seems to be a missing idea? It’s incredibly popular within the luxury perfume world atm ❤️

This was my favourite scent. I used the fabric spray all over the house. I change scents according to the season and was planning on going back to this in the winter. Gutted.

I alternate between CBK and Date Night, I guess the scent of CBK is not as strong as DN, nor does it last as long. Even so it is a gorgeous sent and I am often taking the lid off the bottle, just to smell it calming and grounding chocolate vanilla aroma 😌

I really love it but it isn’t the smell I was expecting and the name put me off at first. It feels cozy and luxurious, especially for the colder months. Sorry to see it go, but I still want celestial forever.

Agree with another comment above… please keep the fabric spray! It is divine!! My favourite scent from all of them and it definitely lasts around the home, just not so much on the laundry. People always comment on how nice my home smells!

The smell wasn’t strong enough. When I used it you couldn’t smell it on my laundry. I loved the idea, though.

Not my fav, though I did give it ago couple of times. Nope not for me. Just didn’t have that extra kick of scent.

I wasn’t a fan of the cocoa butter kisses washing liquid and conditioner, but I love the fabric spray ! I felt that the wash products in this scent weren’t very strong, certainly not as strong as my faves ( Aurora and Oud ) so that was a big negative for me. I’ll be sad to see the fabric spray go though ! 🤎

Maybe conducting market research using respondents that don’t know which brand they are testing would give a more refined response on new scents ? I’ve done quite a few focus groups over the years and I’ve always given very honest responses. Just a thought ☺️

Love the Cocoa butter kisses but my problem is that you keep launching more fragrances and I always want to try the latest ones so rarely have the chance to repurchase what I’ve had before.

CBK just wasn’t for me, because it being a gourmand, IOTC blew it out of the park.
However, it’s my sons favorite, because he doesn’t like strong scents, and that is why I will purchase it until it is no longer available. 💜

I think the problem was that you asked your customers what they thought and because they love the brand, they just say ‘Yes. Everything you suggest is wonderful’.

I think it might have been a better option to get some feedback from a blind test group of people based on the scent alone, rather than the product as a whole.

I personally I always give my honest feedback whether I like an idea or not and try to be swayed by the rest of the group. When I last gave my thoughts on a product (the stain pen) I noticed that almost everyone was saying “great” and “wonderful” but I seemed to be a lone voice with my own opinion and provided what I thought were useful pros and cons (I found there were more negatives than positives that would make me not want to buy).

This is the reason why I don’t think Cocoa Kisses has sold the way you imagined. A more refined and focused test process would have better results than just throwing it out to the masses for a response.

I did buy this and loved it – but I keep coming back to my favourite Aurora. I try all the new arrivals but nothing has knocked Aurora off the top of the (washing) pile 😉💜

Please bring back Bahamas vibes. This is my all time favourite, especially the fabric spray.

I loved the scent, however I could barely smell it even with a rinse once setting. I love my clothes smelling sweet as they often match the fragrances I wear. It’s just a shame that not enough time went into listening to what I’m currently reading – that the longevity of the scent just wasn’t up to your usual standards. Keep some sweet stuff for those who like it, as not everyone wants clinically clean scented products.

I love cocoa butter kisses and bought it about three times. The fabric spray is amazing. We use it as room freshner because we’ve got two dogs. Our favourites are for my son who’s 21 date night Cocoa butter kisses icing on the cake for me I loved golden oud, but that’s no longer on recently. Just tried celestial and really liking it. Absolutely love Home sweet Home duvet day and oud is an obvious favourite for my hubby
In September obviously have to stock up on spooky season because the whole family love that one.
We had chemis tree at Christmas I liked that did like when life gives you lemons but have gone off it but I would love to see this as a floor cleaner that would just be amazing and that’s what I’m using it for at the moment and have tried country club. In fact I’ve tried them all but those ones above are obviously my favourite and yes I do have 10 fragrances and I rotate them seasonally so for summer it’s celestial home sweet home and duvet day autumn we get out the cocoa butter kisses and spooky season as well as oud and then all through the year my son love date night so I just rotate his laundry with that I’d be gutted if cocoa butter went off sale cause I love the fabric spray. I’m just off to do more shopping and order quite a few fabric sprays.

We started out with this scent and loved it but my husband started complaining he couldn’t smell it anymore so we swapped to Duvet Days. Recently ordered the lemon one as it sounded amazing but finding that one very underwhelming, the smell is so faint, so it’ll be back to Duvet Days for us (in like a year when I’ve used the 6 pack up 😫)

I love this one, some I find smell quite artificial but this one i find gentle enough I can still enjoy my newborn’s baby smell too.

My favourite is still Oud but overall I just find the strength of the scents is too weak.
I recently ordered Date Night as everyone raved about it but I can hardly smell it.
I know I can ‘put more in’ but that defeats the object and just rapidly uses up what is an expensive buy in the 1st place. I know you have the scent elixirs but that’s just more money! Put it into your product in the 1st place!?

I so wanted to like this as I love vanilla, tried it twice but it wasn’t right, too sweet and not very vanilla like. As it was too sweet felt a bit fake.

Big fan of T&A, been using g your products for over a year now, I do wish that the smell is stronger. I still like the idea of the scents being similar to perfumes. Your fabric fresheners are the best I’ve ever tried. Duvet day,Oud and Icing on the cake are my favourites. Everyone will have personal favourites, I did try cocoa butter kisses. Not sure why I didn’t purchase more. In regards to some comments about rewards…..it would be nice if you could list what is available to use under the reward scheme and what isn’t….in addition, could that Include some of your fabric fresheners?.

For me it was the strength of the scent, and I did communicate this at the time where I was told to increase the amount I was using. It didnt seem to matter how much I used I just couldn’t smell it. It’s a shame as I loved the scent in the bottle.
With Candy Beach gone I now favour Oud.

Tbh it was too sweet smelling. I’ve got them all and date night is definitely my favourite. But I’m not a vanilla lover so maybe that’s why. I’m not a fan of icing on the cake either. Sorry. X👍

I like it but my husband and I love Oud and my new favourite is Date Night. Will need to change our subscription as we have heaps of Oud refills!

I haven’t tried it because I just don’t like the sound of it. Doesn’t sound like a freshly washed scent. I am also having trouble with marks or stains on my laundry and have recently had to buy something else to see if that gets them out, sorry.

Stop with the food smells, it was a trend and it’s very much on the way out. Bring in tea, modern aldehydes, mineral notes, green notes (tomato leaf for example is becoming a big one). Perfume industry goes through major trend shifts all the time and if you market yourself as a perfume based laundry brand you really need to stay ahead of what’s going. Invest in trend predictions and consult actual perfume enthusiasts and collaborators. Oh and please make them stronger! Home Sweet Home is the only one that actually sticks

I’m not a fan of cocoa scents in general. I tried it and it was okay, but definitely not in my Top 5. (My absolute favourite is Duvet Day, followed closely by Oud.)

I loved the scent, but I like my washing to smell fresh and it just didn’t do that for me. Also, I have noticed of late, that I’m finding marks left on my washing after using T&A….one was on a brand new pair of white shorts and I just can’t seem to get the marks out. I truly love T&A, but if it continues to leave marks, I will have to try something else.

Personally just not a fan of the “food stuff” scents. I don’t want to smell like cake/icing. To me, straight out the wash or dryer it just smelled like slightly off fruit cake mix so I used it for the dog’s bedding until there was none left. Much prefer the “perfume” scents like oud and Odyssey (and whatever the dark green bottle was from last year).

I love😍 T&A it has helped me and my daughter with our eczema but I have noticed recently that the sachets seem to leave a longer scent then the stuff in the bottles which never used to happen. Also, I’ve noticed the new bottle left marks on my washing as well as a couple of other scents. so had to re-wash our clothes after placing washing up liquid on to help remove the marks. My concern is I brought a bundle of the last scent and I am hoping it doesn’t leave marks on any more clothes.
I don’t want to stop using this product but I do hope the scent and mark leaving situation is resolved.

After reading through some comments im shocked that others think icing on the cake is a strong scent 😳 I literally can’t smell a thing from the bottle and certainly not from my laundry 🤷🏼‍♀️. Tbh I’ve been disappointed by the scent power of all the fragrances I’ve purchased but im so addicted to the bottles and hope that my next try will be the ONE!! Used a bold pod on some trainers recently and was blown away by the strong clean lingering scent i don’t understand why i still keep buying T&A….really unhappy with the restrictions on when and what I can use my points on,if can’t use them when purchasing sprays this July I give up as paying postage twice defeats the purpose of earning points for something really to save £2-3 after 2 lots of postage because I can’t use my earned points when you have an offer on. Thought my points where a thank you for spending so much 🙄

I’ve just recently tried it after being surprised by a sample, I actually really like it and adore the brown bottles🤎especially the spray which looks so expensive with the gold below the trigger instead of the usual silver.
Im more a Oud scent lover so didn’t expect to like it but I don’t think it smells like chocolate..its more complex than that. The one that should go is the birthday 🎂 scent, was so disappointed it had virtually no scent at all,still sitting under my sink cupboard for washing trainers and other thing’s I wouldn’t waste good stuff on.

I wasn’t tempted to try as sounds too sweet to me. I bought it as a gift for a friend though. I prefer date night and oud, and use duvet day for bedding. You’ve made duvet day smell stronger but I dried some bedding on line recently given the sun and it completely knocked the scent out. I use the spray but I’ve spent a fortune on tallow and ash and as much as I love the brand idea and the scents, the smell just isn’t strong enough even with the elixirs and the sprays. I am seriously wondering if it’s worth it. I love the sprays and would prob always buy those but honestly my laundry just doesn’t hold the scent well even if I was at 30 and dry indoors out of the sun. In this era I should be able to line dry or tumble dry and still be able to smell the scent. Sorry to complain as I’m a big fan and have spent a lot of money with you and love the concept and brand.

I love the choc kisses i absolutely hate golden oud n santal 🤮 i will say it again the detergents are not strong enough in smell, after my laundry comes out of the washer the smell disappears and for the price its not worth it but i keep buying the new scents bc i have to have them. I haven’t tried this although have thought about it. I think it sounded too sickly sweet for me and also the brown bottle didn’t appeal to. Like others have mentioned, I don’t find the scent holds on the clothes after getting out of the wahsing machine ( i don’t use a dryer so that isn’t the problem) so I wouldn’t want to order a gentle scent and risk is smelling even less. We shouldn’t have to spend extra on sprays ans elixirs in order for our clothes to smell more of the scent when the products/ company are marketed for their clean chemistry but with luxurious scents when they already cost quite a bit more than other laundry brands. I’ve been wanting to try when life gives you lemons but its always out of stock. When will this be available?

I must admit it is not for me either, I had the discovery bundle along with Cocoa Kisses as a Mother’s Day gift from my son as I’d said I wanted to try the brand. I loved duvet day and Odyessy, have tried new ones like Summer Fling and Little Miracle, but was gutted that the one sample I loved Bahama Vibes got withdrawn I would have had as one of my favourites and did manage to get some at Halloween. Like a previous comment it is a considered purchase and do ten to stick with my favourites.

So here’s a thought. Your products are not the cheapest out there and so for us the public, there is an element of risk. Do we stick with what we know and like, or do we take a punt and try something different. I tried Oud and a Discovery Pack. I’ve said this before; I don’t get Oud period! I find it metallic and just …. meh! So that was an £13 punt or there abouts, gone sideways. We used on anything and everything, even horse rugs and saddle pads just to get rid of it.
As for the Discovery Pack, there was a high percentage of “may be not” to “tarts handkerchief”, to “Oh dear god, No!” but it also introduced brilliant staples like Bahama Vibes, Duvet Day and this one surprises me, Date Night. But the risk was minimal, a one wash either love it or hate it. I would love to have tried Pistachio, Summer Fling and a few others but they never appeared to be available as a trial or low cost punt.
I recently visited my daughter in Wooten Under Edge, and they have a massive Tesco that carries a good range of your products. At last, a fiscally neutral opportunity to have a crafty wiff of what might be. Pistachio, hell yes, I’d pay for that. Little Miracle, Icing on the cake, hell no.m!

So here’s the thing, for subscribers, for every repeat order of detergent and conditioner, include a one wash sachet of detergent and conditioner of something they haven’t bought, from you to them, for a peppercorn price or completely free of charge. You may get orders that otherwise you wouldn’t have as a result. Either that or you put EVERY product in EVERY Tesco’s so we ALL can have a crafty wiff FoC.

And yeah, men do the laundry too.

I tried coca butter kisses i’m a huge fan of cocoa butter so thought wow this will be amazing! I unfortunately never re ordered it as I was disappointed compared to many of the other scents in the range. For me it was too artificial and also not bold enough in character way which sort of meant it just wasn’t working! There are much better in the range!

There’s no way I want my laundry or bed smelling of cocoa. I would have a cocoa candle or diffuser so certainly wouldn’t want my clothing and bedroom scented with it. Florals, fresh cotton, sea breeze scents? Yes! But I love a brand that blurs the edges when producing NPD. As an MD of a PR agency it’s makes for great stories though and creates brand awareness so don’t stop exploring the boundaries of how our laundry should smell!!

I love, love, love this scent! Please don’t discontinue it. I use it during the winter and spray the fabric spray everywhere so my whole house smells like it. The problem is that you keep coming up with new scents and I want to try them all. Please keep this. Get rid of oud instead. I don’t like that one at all. Too masculine.

Cocoa is as a colour and of it’s texture … the closest thing to number 2. and with that it’s the farthest away from clean. therefore, on a subconscious level when I take the brown bottle my first thought is a brick of shit. or if I go chocolate addiction it reminds me of that nasty stain on my fingers from the melting chocolate. so also: dirty.
honestly: same thing happened to me with the sandal bottle and the hopeless romantic (in my storage room, the light bulb is one of these early LED ones that give shit light and take away the warmth in the light) so hopeless poop color!

PS. Sorry to come back but reading through the comments I just had to add that I agree with a lot of what some customers are saying – there’s a lot of inconsistency going on! You can’t sustain customer loyalty if you keep withdrawing scents that customers feel loyal to. It will make customers nervous – it’s also odd because 12 days ago you were sold out on Cocoa Butter Kisses which implies it’s popular! Either way, the inconsistency might be a steep learning curve for a company so young.

The spray is gorgeous- such a shame you are getting rid of this one. More florals seem to be taking over which I am not keen on but Celestial should replace it!! It’s absolutely lovely and a Celestial fabric spray would bring it all together! Personally I really didn’t like Pistachio. I don’t feel it smells at all like it which is a shame. The vanilla and oud notes permeate our home but Celestial has now entered the Laundry Room!!

Kisses is a nice scent, it just doesn’t smell strong enough and the scent doesn’t last for me. If doing a small load of synthetics on cool/warm wash the scent will last beyond end of the wash, otherwise the scent is non existent which is frustrating especially when paying premium for bespoke scents.

The spray helps extend the life of the scent but sprays should be optional to optimise or layer, not essential to being able to smell the detergent.

Seem to have got it right with icing on the cake. A gourmand scent that lasts. If kisses was stronger would deffo buy again.

I was unsure at first, it was a teensy bit on the sickly side, but I started to warm up to it. Then my husband said it smelled like the scent masking spray for use in the loo ~ and from then on I can’t disassociate the two 😳

I really don’t want my washing to smell like a chocolate bar, also don’t like the smell of candles like that, or body lotions either.Can think of nothing worse.Washing has to smell fresh.

I haven’t tried it but the fragrance notes sound like they are not for me – especially chocolate, which I find can be quite a sickly scent. My favourites are Hopeless Romantic and Duvet Day xx

Me personally have never been a fan of any coco butter , I’m more lighter notes, not a fan of any of the dark bottles , although happily use them on my subscription . For me the other scents are fresher and lighter especially on bedding and towels , but it’s tough as we all like different scents . X x

The scent was okay, I would like it in a body spray. For a fabric spray, I prefer something lighter & cleaner.

Gutted, i really like this one. The fabric spray is really nice and sweet. I like all the food smelling ones the best. One of the reasons I searched for alternative laundry products as I’m so sick of everything smelling floral in the supermarkets…

I’m put off simply by the name, I have in my head that it will smell of Palmers cocoa butter moisturiser, which is a smell I find very over overpowering and once on I can’t get away from it. For this reason I’ve never even considered trying cocoa butter kisses just in case :)

This is so unexpected! I absolutely loved the smell, but I usually use it in the autumn and winter months!

Hi I’m not sure about the cocoa/vanilla scent for laundry so won’t be buying it. I live alone and have a lot of T&A bottles, my favourites are Pistachio and Odyssey but I’d like to try Hopeless Romantic and the baby smell one as well. It would take me an age to get through them all and my cupboard is bulging at the seams so I’ll have to hang fire for a while first. All the scents are lovely though

I loved the fact that you guys were the first to ever create a scent for your clothes that that is for chocolate lovers! You came so close! I just feel the actual cocoa chocolatey scent that we were all expecting was just an after thought (or an after smell) the other notes in this were just too overpowering and definitely made it smell more like cake than a burst of a heavenly chocolately dream like what you’d expect when you walk through the front doors of Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory

I thought I’d love this, as I love vanilla and chocolate scents. Branding and packaging was perfect, but it’s the scent that let it down. I thought the cocoa would come through stronger (I use palmers cocoa butter so was expecting a scent to compliment this) but it just didn’t hit the mark. I also struggled to smell the vanilla too and found the scent didn’t last. I also feel the same about icing on the cake, another vanilla scent I thought I’d love but didn’t. I still think there’s a space for a vanilla scent that still feels luxurious, warm and cozy. Looking forward to trying your next vanilla scent!

It a nice scent but I don’t like my clothes smelling like cake. Also, once put in the dryer the scent was completely gone. This also happens with few other scents

It never really appealed to me as I don’t want my clothing or bedding smelling ‘foody’. Chocolate can be a variable smell for fragrances. I pushed it to IOTC but that I no longer use, even to finish off a bottle! Aurora is my forever since you launched and all year for bedding and summer for clothes (even with the scent shift from ‘La Vie Est Belle’/ ‘Flower Bomb’ to current). Date Night and Celestial are my autumn to Spring for clothes. Date Night has elegance and depth. Hopeless Romantic is just beautiful- is of the same family as my preferred scents- but can only stock up so much / get too dependent on limited edition!

I think it wasn’t made widely available. I can’t get cocoa kisses in my local tesco so I have to wait til I do an online order from you to restock

I’m honestly so surprised isn’t a best seller as it’s the most beautiful creamy scent. The fabric spray is also amazing and it makes the whole living room smell like a warm hug when used on the sofa!

I always use it on my daughters blanket so it also makes me think of hugging her each time I smell it – I’ll have to stock up!

Fir me itc wasn’t chocolatey enough and the smell didn’t last. In fact found that with most of the scents I’ve tried apart from icing on the cake, which I love. And have just re ordered.

This is one of the scents I didn’t think I’d like (because of its name!) but I actually love it.
Some of the other scents are too “light” for me but this one it definitely delivers. 🤎🤎🤎

This is such a shame, but I actually completely understand. When I first heard about the concept amongst the other new launches that have been permanent since I loved it and everything about. I’m really into brown and specifically brown warm neutrals, so it fit my aesthetic completely. I also love gourmand scents, so I was hoping that the combination it would be right up my street. I was literally hoping for a posh chocolate by lush type scent, but more grown so it suits laundry day. Unfortunately it didn’t hit the nail on the head for me, however because it was the only brown bottle and only chocolatey vanilla you had I took the plunge and still ordered 12 bottles, and i tend to use them more in the colder month. I’m not quite sure what it was for me, but the balance of scents wasn’t there. I couldn’t really smell the chocolate vanilla or sandalwood, like there wasn’t a sweetness to it so maybe the powder Lily or or something in it didn’t give it quite the chocolate vanilla woody base that I needed. I would love to see it come back and refreshed with a better balance and blend of the same gourmand, chocolate idea, but richer without being sickly, similar icing on the cake, but more of a chocolate cake with some depth to it. Hopefully it comes back from autumn/winter bigger and better, or valentines/easter when chocolate themes are prominent!!🤎🤎🤎🤎

I would have this in the cupboard if I could have bought one shampoo each of cbk and iotc: as I don’t use conditioner, shelling out for four bottles at once has just put me off. A shame, as this is one of the scents I like

Sorry to say i was not a fan of cocoa butter kisses. I prefer Duvet Day until i realised i liked Hopeless Romantic, shame this 1 is ending too just as i discovered it.

It was the scent – not chocolate enough and no lingering smell. As others said maybe as I was using the tumble dryer.

Such a shame to see it go as I haven’t got round to trying it yet. Maybe it was the bland brown bottle that never tempted people because it is a boring looking bottle (sorry for saying that but it is how i see it and i know you would rather people be honest with you). Let’s hope you find something else to replace it and cheer people up. I didn’t even get to try When life gives you lemons and I think that it may be worth bringing it back into production if it was a hit with the customers as there’s nothing more summery as lemons 🍋 🤔. Anyway, that my point of view and I hope you see it the way I do xxx

Coco Butter Kiss is my favourite. I use it for my bedding now because it is so cozy and makes it easier to sleep on a night. Winning this would mean I actually sleep lol

I loved the smell but only had in in winter and used my tumble dryer which got rid of the scent . All my summer scents that are line dryed stay for days 😍you didn’t go wrong 🥳

I wouldn’t have bought is as who wants to smell like chocolate icecream as the ingredients are chocolate and vanilla – I received mine as a subscribe to the mystery bundle and this is what I received this month – I immediately thought oh no – the mystery bundle is just getting rid of old stock I’ll never get a new products – however I was pleasantly surprised the smell is a lovely cosy warm sandalwood musk smell but with a fresh floral through it. Not like chocolate ice cream at all – so if it was still available it would be one of my top choices – however I say that about them all.
I love the colour of the bottle – more into neutrals myself and it has a lovely light brown almost peachy writing that makes it stand out. I’m sorry to see it go. :( maybe more samples need to be given out as my interpretation of what I thought it would smell like was definitely incorrect.

I loved this scent but you could never smell the scent when the clothes came out the machine or after they were dried so just chose other scents that held stronger

Another favourite gone. Loved Candy beach which you discontinued and now this. As another comment said the fragrance is definitely not ad long lasting anymore either. Shame because there is a lot of competition out there.

I’m starting to become very disheartened by the brand. I’ve only just found you and already you have discontinued when life gives you lemons, wich was our first order and my autistic daughter is obsessed with. Then you emailed to say hopeless romantic is being discontinued (another on our shortlist) and now coco butter kisses wich is top of my wishlist as i love coco butter. I’m beginning to wonder what’s the point in ordering anything as you wont be here for long if you keep removing all the sents that people want to order from you!!

I am gutted!! Cocoa Butter Kisses and IOTCake are are my regular favourites buuuuut they were amazing and long lasting when we first bought them, rich dark liquid with long lasting fragrance pay off, surviving even the tumble dryer, now they still smell lovely but there’s no rich depth to the fragrance and it doesn’t survive the rinse process sometimes. Please could we go back to the original formula, fingers and toes crossed! :-)

I am really sad to hear that Cocoa Butter Kisses is being phased out as I love the fragrance and it was a deciding factor in encouraging me to subscribe to T&A. I’ve tried Duvet Days and don’t like it at all. I shall have to try some of the other samples to see if I can find one I like as much as CBK, such a shame 😢

I actually ordered this bottle completely by accident. When I was checking out, there was a suggestion to add it to my basket, and I decided to try it. It turned out to be one of my absolute favorite scents.

I honestly don’t understand why so many people love oud so much — for me, it is often way too strong and overpowering. This fragrance, on the other hand, is so cozy, beautiful, and comforting. It has become one of my favorites, and I’m really sad that it’s being discontinued.

I wish they would keep this one instead of some of the much stronger oud fragrances. This scent is truly special and deserves to stay.

I loved it and was subscribed to it for a while, but wanted to try the other scents. I intended to go back to this because it is my favourite still. other than the ones you do only occasionally, such as golden oud, that beat all of them in my opinion.

I didn’t get the Coco scent with this one. It’s was ok but it wasn’t strong. Maybe tweak the recipe a bit. Love your products and can’t wait to see what you bring out next 🩷

I have it and don’t really use it very much I just don’t think it smelled strongly enough of chocolate or cocoa! Maybe if it had been a creamy coffee/vanilla scent it may have worked better!

As your fragrances go, it was one of the options I didn’t dislike (I love Duvet Day, Date Night and the new Celestial I think I like…) but the problem I have with all but Date Night is that the scent doesn’t last long, in fact I use 3 caps of each to my 5kg load and it still doesn’t last long, none do and that is a shame because if they did last, I’m sure there would be a bigger fan-base and most likely a different customer base- far wider than you already have and maybe what is voted for or sold the most would be different than it is now.
People are mostly buying oud scents and woody scents not because those are the most loved scents but because those types of scents last longer. People aren’t going to spend more than their regular supermarket branded option if it’s not offering them something different, and with the current staying power of a lot of your line-up, it isn’t staying long enough for people to enjoy it.

I loved this scent! Maybe not the strongest of the scents as it’s quite subtle and didn’t last as long. Would be great to combine the shea scent with something else like almond or hazelnut next time

I found this smell great but the scent didn’t stay around for long. I found Oud and the smell lingers long after washing.

I love the smell and I do feel like the spray is better than the actually laundry scent as it isn’t as powerful. Like date night and summer fling. You can smell that when you walk into a room but unfortunately cocoa butter was the only one I couldn’t smell so brought the spray. If it was stronger I would buy again!

I really wanted this to be amazing and but sadly after two repeat orders I had to admit defeat and switch to another scent because it just didn’t have the strength of the other fragrances. The laundry room smelt great but it disappeared on the clothes with no residual scent left when they dried. Please try and and make it work for us!

I LOVE the brown packaging, it looks incredibly indulgent! I didnt even try the scent as I really don’t like ‘gourmand’ fragrances and only ended up trying Icing on the Cake because my OH bought the wrong items…. the exception that proves the rule (for me) is Black Phantom and that is probably because of the tobacco and rum. However, I know that that I am in the minority in that taste, so I will be interested to see why the vanilla and chocolate lovers didnt take to it

I haven’t tried this yet. I love strong scents so if I purchase a weaker scent, I double up on the amount I use.

Absolutely loved this scent! 😭 But I agree that the scent isn’t very strong. The laundry room smells divine, especially when something is soaking in it in the sink, but the scent just isn’t as strong once the clothes are back in the wardrobe. 💔 Loved the bottle colour too! Won’t mind if future bottles/scents are in a similar colour range 😉

Most of your marketing is aimed at female customers, such as how certain products are good at removing fake tan and makeup. There’s little marketing aimed at male customers. Us males do do washing you know.
I think this scent is less desirable, compared to others, for your female customers.
I am a loyal customer, and investor, but your marketing needs to be more balanced.
And, this scent need to stay please.

My daughter will be so upset she absolutely loves this one! She won’t let me wash her school uniform with any other scent! She’s goes into the last year in September so I would love to win this for her.

I’m confused that this hasn’t sold well, it’s my favourite scent. Plus this and Celestial are the only two that you can actually smell on the clothes once they come out of the machine.

I’ve only tried it from the sample myself but I would have liked the scent to be a bit stronger. It was subtle when it was fresh out of the washing machine but I found the scent faded faster than some of the other ones. It did smell really nice, I would have just like it a bit stronger and to last a bit longer is all. My favourite one is the Odyssey one.
