Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry. Â
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you!  🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed,  and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

I’d definitely be attracted by C. I prefer some instruction and the QR code is a great idea!

I personally liked the old packaging but understand the need to change things up. So would pick B, the only thing I would change about your products is a clear indicator level on the side. Thank you

This was hard but I’m going for C the packaging looks like it belongs to the tallow & ash family but with the added benefit of having the image of the pen in action so we know what it is and QR code
My issue with the first two packaging concepts is that I wouldn’t initially know what that product even was and at a glance It looks very much like a cosmetic product maybe and even the packaging reminds me of cosmetics. This could get people intrigued, however, to find out more so maybe it is a good concept.
I’m sticking with C which is a very clear at stating this is what this product is and this is a Tallow & Ash product.
