Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry. Â
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you!  🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed,  and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

Definitely C! It’s just the right amount of retail friendly with that perfect twist of tallow + ash originality.

Def B I saw packaging of the pen in Waitrose and although it was next to you laundry products I did a double take on the bland packaging ( I actually thought it was a refill tbh ) the open all round window is high end packaging that fits your brand yes it’s more costly so you need to ask is the extra cost worth it to align the brands current aesthetic ? For repeat buyers via web no just simple packaging would suffice , but to generate sales on the shop floor I think you def as you have said need a rethink
