Was this lady being too honest? 🫣🤪😂🫶
We showed our new packaging, thinking it was great, and a customer commented saying that she didn’t like it 😮
But really, that comment was exactly what we needed! Because honestly, we didn’t like it either 😅😂
We are trying to do something different in laundry, to reinvent an entire industry.
And the way that we designed that first packaging was actually to satisfy the way retail is currently done! But it just doesn’t nail what we are trying to do.
So, thank you! 🫶
We are sending you a free stain pen for giving us the push we needed, and we’ve gone back to the drawing board 😂

B is perfect. Especially from a retail perspective as there are so many products in the market and space is limited in store so not taking a huge amount of space up would be more appealing for stores to stock your product and you could also make a batch of them with hanging tags attached for stores to hang around the laundry isle.
From a gifting point of view B still looks premium and classy.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with the existing packaging! Definitely not C – that looks as though it might contain something you put on a verruca😳

It’s an amazing product I got married a couple of weeks ago and some how got lipstick on my dress in the wedding car on the way there. Luckily I’d seen loads of videos and I’d popped this pen in my bag incase my kids or husband stained their shirts 🫠 when it was actually me who needed it 🙈 thankfully it worked wonders 🥳 I think the current packaging is great it’s does the job and looks crisp xx
