B for me if it’s a holiday gift. But A if if it matched the colour of the bottle set.

I like B. But maybe change the colours (to option D).
It looks like a Christmas present but I think thats is more to do with the bottle design chosen to be on the front.
I like the idea of being able to see what the gift set contains. Maybe the picture of the contents could be on the back of the packaging.
